The Role
You will be working within a small corporate restructuring and recovery team, as well as liaising with Leeds office. Responsible for a variety of duties including filing of documentation, updating client files, assisting the Insolvency team and cashier, liaising with solicitors and clients and assist with the preparation of statutory paperwork.
Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities will vary case to case but are likely to include:
- Assisting with corporate insolvency cases
- Preparing reports and drafting correspondence
- Liaising with solicitors and relevant parties
- Aiding in the preparation of documents for banks and other financial institutions
- Filing documentation
- General administrative support and assistance
- Data input
- Attending site visits as and when required
Qualifications/Experience
Have excellent communication skills and an ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels. Ideally have at least 2 x A Levels and GCSE passes in Maths and English of grade C or above, be numerate, computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Excel, Word as well as an ability to learn new systems as required
Salary
A competitive salary of between £16,000 and £18,000 pa is available for these roles subject to experience and qualifications.
