Our growing Midlands based business recovery and insolvency client is looking to recruit a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, or Corporate Insolvency Senior Administrator, to join their insolvency and business recovery team either in Derby or Nottingham, to take responsibility for a variety of corporate insolvency assignments
Our Client
Our client is an established business advisory and accountancy practice with a specialist business recovery and insolvency team. With offices across the Midlands, our client offers a complete range of services to its own clients and a variety of challenging assignments for their professional team.
The Role
- Dealing with insovency assignments from start to finish
- Mainly corporate cases which comprise mainly CVLs but there will be some other types of insolvency
- Reporting to the managers and IPs
- Investigating Directors’ conduct
- Preparing for and attending creditors meetings
- Managing asset valuation, securing assets and realisation
- Dealing with creditors claims
- Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS set-up.
Experience and Skills
- 1 years + experience of working in Insolvency
- Working knowledge of new Insolvency rules that came into effect 2017
- Good working knowledge of CVL's
- Some experience of bankruptcies and compulsory liquidations preferred but not essential

A competitive salary of £22k - £32k pa which is negotiable subject to experience and qualifications.
